1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Myvliet ©. By placing an order through our website, you accept these terms. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon with us in writing.

2. Offers and Prices

All offers and prices stated on the website are without obligation and may be changed at any time by Myvliet ©. Prices are in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. We do our best to avoid pricing errors, but Myvliet © is not liable for typos or mistakes in price indications.

3. Orders and Agreement

An order is final when you have received a confirmation email from Myvliet © reserves the right to refuse orders or to request additional information before accepting the order. If an order is refused, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments made.

4. Payments

Payments must be made at the time of ordering via the available payment methods on the website. If a payment is refused or fails, the order will not be processed.

5. Delivery

After receiving payment, we aim to process your order within 1–2 business days. The average delivery time is 4–6 business days, depending on product availability and chosen shipping options. The stated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered binding deadlines.

Myvliet © is not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as delivery services.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process and depend on the chosen shipping option and the destination of the package. Shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you're not satisfied, simply return the product and you'll receive a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

● The product must be unused, and in the case of devices, not switched on or put into use. Our professionals are able to determine this.

● The original packaging must be undamaged.

● If the product has been used, we cannot accept the return.

You must notify us in writing of the return via our contact form or by email. The costs of returning products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

If the return is successful, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

8. Warranty

All products sold by Myvliet © are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years, as required by European legislation. Within this period, we guarantee that our products meet the usual requirements of usability and reliability.

Note: The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

● Drop damage: damage caused by dropping the product.

● Water damage: damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids, unless the product is classified as waterproof.

Incorrect use or negligence: damage due to improper use, such as incorrect installation or careless maintenance.

If your product develops a defect within the warranty period that is not caused by improper use or external factors, we offer free repair or replacement. Please contact us to report the issue and discuss the next steps.

9. Liability

Myvliet © is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of products we supply, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Myvliet©. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or other events beyond our control, Myvliet © has the right to suspend or cancel the performance of the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation.

11. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, designs, and other content on the Myvliet© website may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

12. Privacy

Myvliet© respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We will only use your data for processing orders and for marketing purposes if you have given your consent.13. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. We will do our best to resolve your complaint satisfactorily within a reasonable period.

14. Disputes and Applicable Law

All agreements between Myvliet © and the customer are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
