How can I reach you with questions about my product?

The best way to contact us is by email. We are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. We aim to reply the same working day.

I’m not satisfied with my product, what now?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can always make use of our return policy. Please visit our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy page for detailed information about returning products.

Which products are right for me?

How can I return a product?

To return a product, follow the steps on our Exchange & Returns page. Make sure you stay within the 14-day return period and that the product is in good condition.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Where is my order?

After placing your order, it takes 1 working day to process it. Delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 4–6 working days, provided you placed your order before 23:00. If the delivery time has passed, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code. Also check your spam folder if you can’t find the email. Keep in mind that it may take a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the Track & Trace code sent to you by email. Use the link in the email to go directly to our Track & Trace page and view the current status of your order.
